What is in the bottle

The label lists one ingredient: coconut. The oil is cold-pressed and unrefined, and it is sold as an edible oil, for the kitchen. Many people also use coconut oil for abhyanga, the oil massage before morning practice.

It is pressed for Yogasvi by Solo Farms in Dasanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore district, Tamil Nadu, and sold by Yogasvi from Ahmedabad.
